Welcome to the Just Laugh Comedy Clubs. Just Laugh clubs are run and compared by comedian and Perth’s own funnyman, Bruce Fummey. Bruce Started Just Laugh in September 2004 and in March 2005 extends the club to three major towns.
If you would like to Just Laugh, you can do so in Dundee, Perth and Stirling. We have specially selected venues in each town which are suited to comedy. We bring top quality Comedians from all over the UK and further afield that will guarantee an entertaining night out with lots of laughs. In two of the clubs you can also stay on dancing to the wee small hours.
The Perth club runs on the first Friday of every month with the Stirling club the night before and Dundee the night after. Doors open 8.00pm in Dundee with show at 9pm, doors open 7.30pm in Stirling with shows starting at 8.30pm and the Perth show commencing 9.00pm, doors open 7.30pm. Ticket price is £9-00 including 3-4 top comedians.
The New County Hotel in Perth, where you can enjoy a meal before the show and a drink in the bar afterwards. Why not make a night out of it with food, laughter and drinking till the early hours?
The type of comedy we bring to Just Laugh nights is of the original, observational style and not the Bernard Manning mother-in-law kind of gags! The comedians who appear at our shows are the kind of acts you would see at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, on TV shows such as the live floor show, Still Game etc. Comedians such as Frankie Boyle, Des McLean, Bruce Morton, Bill Dewar, Neil McFarlane, Anvil Springstein, Patrick Rolink and so on.
